These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking system, and our physiotherapy / health services. By using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Clinical Services & Consent
Our physiotherapists provide professional, evidence-based physical therapy assessments, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation. Prior to treatment, your practitioner will explain the proposed assessment and treatment plan. You retain the right to decline or withdraw consent to any specific procedure at any time.
2. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest quality care to all patients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of consultation. We accept credit/debit cards, EFTPOS, and cash. HICAPS on-the-spot private health insurance claiming is available at all our clinics. For WorkCover, TAC, NDIS, or Medicare EPC appointments, valid claim details and GP referrals must be supplied.
